Our ASTM Standard Precision Honed Hydraulic Cylinder Tube is designed for high-performance hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder applications where accuracy, durability and reliability are critical. Manufactured from high-quality seamless cold-drawn steel and finished by precision honing or skiving & roller burnishing, the tube provides an ultra-smooth bore surface and tight dimensional control to ensure efficient piston movement and long service life.
The internal surface finish achieves excellent roughness levels, reducing friction, improving sealing performance and minimizing wear of seals and piston components. With controlled straightness and consistent wall thickness, our honed tubes are ideal for demanding working conditions in hydraulic systems.
Produced in accordance with international standards such as ASTM A519 / A513, DIN 2391 and EN 10305-1, our hydraulic cylinder tubes are available in both metric and imperial sizes. Internal diameter tolerances can reach H8 / H9, with surface roughness as low as Ra 0.2–0.4 μm, meeting the requirements of high-precision hydraulic cylinder manufacturing.
